A company is born
Based in Bournemouth , Dorset UK MixaVR is a mixture of Photography lecturers, photographers, IT managers and web developers who whilst at the Arts Institute of Bournemouth University decided that panoramic images which were being used for Virtual tours on the web fell into two categories.
1. They were either
quality images, it seems taken by great photographers but then spoiled by being "chucked" on the web in a very shoddy fashion.
or
2. Quality webs, obviously designed by great web developers with all the bells and whistles, but containing panoramic VR's so poor they looked as if they were taken by my dad. (Apologies dad!)
We decided then that as we had both the photographic skills and the web development skills we could marry the two and provide a service which placed quality images in quality webs.
We are no spring chickens. we have over 20 years experience in photography, IT, and web development and deployment, our photographers are ex photojournalists and wedding photgraphers. Our web developers, who finalise the projects, have been developing since 1994, not long after Tim Berners-Lee invented HTML. They were solely responsible for the development of the First Sunseeker website, the first RNLI site and worked on the team tasked with creating the first online banking in this country for NationWide Building Society. This means we can seamlessly add the final VR Panoramics to your already designed website, giving it the look and feel of YOUR website.

We will visit the proposed site or take an example of your product and send in an experienced photographer who will determine the best way to take the stills used for creating the VR Panoramas.
These images are then processed in imaging software like Lightroom and CS4 for enhancing the images further.
The images are stitched by hand in our stitching software.
We use high definition photography which fits easily on your website and can create multi exposure images using HDR technology.
